Our approach to youth development!
Three pillars underpin our philosophy of youth development. Firstly, just like the starfish washed out from the sea, youth are washed out from the mainstream of society. Denied opportunities, they are left to perish! We therefore provide unemployed youth with opportunities, training, access to skills, knowledge and expertise. Secondly, in a rapidl...y changing, complex and unpredictable world of
globalisation, we provide our youth with continuous support and guidance. Thirdly, we advocate for permanent social change that addresses the power imbalances in our society that favours the elite. And so, we are NOT in the business of begging for handouts or a few crumbs from the master's table. For we will only be satisfied when we OWN the bakery!!

I am grateful for this opportunity, and I love the fact that you can go back and read through the course again. Thanks (Ramona Mathee-Irwin)
"Good evening, I'd just like to say thank you for the interview Questions & Answers that was posted in the group. I never knew how to answer some of the questions and it honestly helped me. I used that and I'll be starting a new job soon in the field that I studied. You guys are doing amazing work!" (Melissa Gordon)
